Our 13000m2 production plant are well equipped with advanced production equipment, production management system and world class quality control. The world-advanced fully-automatic SMT production line constituted by MPM & GKG-G9 fully automatic printer, FUJI NET Scalable Placement Platform Mounter, FUJI XP-243E/SPF High-Speed Multi-Purpose Mounter, OMNIFlex7 & AS-1000II-X air reflow stove, AX8200 X-RAY, AOI, etc.
To ensure we adapt successfully to the competitiveness of demanding electronics world, we constantly upgrade our production SMT equipment with good accuracy and high CPH, like Panasonics NPM machine with 01005 chip placements capability. We are ISO90001 certified, managing the factory with “8 Quality Management Principle”. All incoming material are under quality control, external auditing on our equipment, production processes to ensure our product produced are conformed to international quality standards. Factory is adopting ERP system for production planning.
